Perception and consideration of the effects of climate change by recreational alpinists, influences on substitution behaviour

This project has 4 main objectives:

- To identify the climate and weather (or terrain) indicators used by alpinists in their choice of routes and information channels;

- To determine how recreational alpinists perceive climate change as influencing their practice and whether it influences the choice of indicators or channels used;

- To determine whether climate change is altering the practice of recreational alpinists

- To determine the relationships between perceptions of climate change, its effects on the use of climate information and substitution behaviour

Mitigation strategies of the tourism sector, barrier and levers to be activated

The objective of this project is to explore tourism stakeholders' perceptions of greenhouse gas emission reduction targets; to identify mitigation strategies implemented, barriers to their implementation and levers that can be activated to ensure the sustainability of tourism.
